How can I be more accepting of people who have stretched ears?
I find stretched ears gross, so it’d be nice if I could change my attitude about them.
Do you have stretched ears? If so, why did you get them? How do you feel about how people treat you? How do you wish people would treat you differently? Feel free to include anything else you might want to share as well.
Thank you in advance!

You could watch plenty of Star Trek episodes. I’m not kidding. Once exposed to dozens of weird humanoid races, certain variations of the looks of Earth’s human beings will be seen as rather minor. This will change your attitude.
Or footage of HRH Charles.
My vote for funniest question since Babby and Frizzer.
I think it’s stupid and insanely unattractive, but people are allowed to do whatever they want with their bodies. Just because I don’t get it doesn’t mean it’s wrong, so there’s no use in passing judgment on them just because I don’t understand it. Live and let live.
@AnonymousWoman Hmmm. How do you feel about people who have worn dangly earrings for so long their lobes have stretched? I mean, can you not focus on the pretty earring instead or is this a stupid question?
I look at ears for a living, and I do not like the look of stretched ears, either. But I am very visually distractible, so whether it’s body manipulation, piercing(s), tattoo(s), or a just a pimple, I have to make a conscious effort not to look at it. I even find it distracting when some people have unusual mouth movements when they speak (for example, the actress Eva Green, who was in Casino Royale and Dark Shadows). All I do is focus on maintaining eye contact when speaking with them.
@syz if this is blue waffle related I shan’t be amused
