I’m not really a hedonist. However the hedonistic deed I am planning is to fly 1st class to the UK. Because really I can’t afford to loll.
Ordered 2 orders of nachos and ate them both, myself. That’s about as hedonistic as I get.
Hot air ballooning when I really couldn’t afford it.
My friends and I go to just about every local craft/ wine/ food festival we can, and enjoy hours of drinking and socializing with other people in the community.
Every now and then, my wife and I go to a three (Michelin) star restaurant. Pure lust.
I pay to attend live fights between midgets and twelve year old kids.
maybe even the occasional wager . . .
I am making preparations for a barber straight shave for my brother and I.
Went to a naturist retreat.
Most Fridays I follow up sex with getting drunk. You know what, I didn’t have nice things for a long time, and now I’m appreciating that I do. Sue me!
@Shippy, I’m jealous. Flying 1st or Biz Class is my dream, but I will probably always be too cheap to do it!!
My splurge is an expensive facial or massage at Bliss. I also like to splurge on a nice hotel for a night or two when I travel. Delicious!
Once I ate a Mister Big chocolate bar, and then drank a whole thing of chocolate milk. Then I just sat on the toilet for a while, regretting it.
I cancel plans involving other people with not much notice and sometimes for no other reason that I’m not in the mood or something more interesting came up.
Also I can take awhile to respond to people via the email etc.
I also rarely initiate phone calls or text messages. I don’t know know why I do it and I care about these people I just hate time and structure. Or maybe I just respond or play the event out in my head and therefore have very little immediate need to communicate.
