What aren't Google Adsense referrals working on my site?

Sure, it’s password protected but you can get to it here if you register and then log in, or because that will take time, you can read the source code I published on Google Docs. There’s also a blank page (which should have an ad on it) here, I can’t work out why this wouldn’t work because the referrals don’t rely on indexing of the site (to my knowledge).
