I’m sorry, but it seems to be you. I did not see any missing commas.
It seems readable and clear and punctuated correctly.
The first sentence is what got me: “An Indiana school district reeling from the uproar over a teacher’s comments that she believes gays have no purpose in life suspended the woman Wednesday.”
Seem like it would be a little easier to read if it said,
“An Indiana school district, reeling from the uproar over a teacher’s comments that she believes gays have no purpose in life, suspended the woman Wednesday.
It’s a comma-nist plot! They are making things harder for us intelligent people to read, by stealing all of our commas.
The only good comma is a dead comma.
Comma comma down doobie doo down down.
Comma Comma Comma Comma Chameleon!
As my Italina grandfather used to say “comma inside, it’s time for a drink..”
We’ve found great commanality.
Yeah, that first sentence suffers from severe comma deficiency. I’m big on commas—not too many, but not too few, either.
The woman’s name is Wednesday? Were her parents Addams Family fans?
[As Mod] Comma, you guys. Stay focused here and quit screwin’ around!
Is there anyone here who has nice, refreshing cucomma recipes?
By, the, way, @Dutchess_III…., I, think, you, are, right, in, your, ob, ser, va, tion.
If you feel the need to acquire more commas for personal use – go to the comma-sary..
I’m LOLing you guys! I think, I, am, right, too @rebbel!
What we have here is a failure to comma un icate.
I think that parenthetical phrases within sentences can legally be set apart by commas as you prefer, parentheses or em dashes. But you are right, they do need to be separated.
