LOTR fans, do you think Sirmarillion is filmable?

Guess I’m one LOTR fan that is not ready for the fun to end after all The Hobbit movies are delivered. Been reading The Sirmarillion lately and not sure whether I’m just being desperate but I’ve began to think that its story would make a great movie.
