When there's a K party do you hold off on giving GA's until the responders have at least 5 GA's so they can get the lurve points from newer jellies.

I’m maxed out on most of the jellies. So I hold off on giving GA’s until they hit 5 GA’s. Do you do anything like that to help others gain lurve? And does it make any difference in the fate of the world. Just a goofy philosphical question.
