What movie am I thinking of? Scene where a person is being chased and squirts lemon in the eye of their pursuer?

I know this is a long shot but I remember seeing a movie, it was a comedy of some sort I believe, perhaps even a TV show. – A character is being chased and it is a comedic chase with funny things happening. At one point, the person is caught and there is a struggle and they must have been in a restaurant or at a dinner table or something because the character being chased reaches out for a lemon (or lime) slice, turns around, and squirts it in the eye of their pursuer and the person reacts as dramatically as they would if they were just maced. It is killing me. I think it was a movie but could have also been an episode of a TV show. Does this ring a bell for anyone?
