Have you seen this viral video about wealth inequality in the US?

I stumbled across this today, and thought it might be worth a Fluther discussion. It puts together ideas that I’ve been hearing people talk about for a while now, in an easy-to-read graphical form. Even though wealth inequality has been a topic for discussion for some time, I still found it shocking. What do you think?

My country also suffers from a widening income gap, so I don’t mean to single out the US here – but that’s what this video is concentrating on.

@whitenoise I saw that, and wondered why you ended up getting the response that you did, even though mine fell flat. I think you were better at writing an open-ended question that made people look inside. :)
