You can make them with Garage Band for mac.
there’s a bunch of videos on youtube that show you step by step how to create and put the songs already on your iTunes as ringtones for your iPhone
On windows:
1. View the location of the song you want to make a ringtone of (most likely in the iTunes music folder in windows explorer.)(my documents>my music>iTunes music>“artist or album”)
2. Go into iTunes, select the song you want to make a ringtone of, right click>convert to AAC.
3. Right click on the song you just converted and then click get info.
4. Edit the song start and song end and the length of time must be 30 seconds at the most.
5. Convert the song to AAC once more and the newly converted one is now 30 seconds long.
6. Right click the 30 sec song in iTunes and choose “show in explorer” (or something similar to that)
7. (Make sure you can change file extensions in windows) then all you have to do is change the ”.m4a” extension to ”.m4r” now drag the m4r file into your iTunes library. YOU NOW HAVE A FREE RINGTONE!
Disregard my first step. It is not needed! ENJOY!
Dingus is right on the money.
