Where is the best place to get your taxes done if you have issues?

So normally I don’t have any issues, I live in PA and work in DE. I generally just buy TurboTax and plug the information in and I get around 2500–3000 back a year. I have two W2’s this year since my company was taken over, when I plug in both W2’s it says I OWE federal. Instead of burning time trying to figure this out, who should I see to ensure this is done correctly? I’ve been told CPA’s, but I’m not sure. Thanks!

Any tax preparation service could handle that. It is not complicated. H&R Block, Jackson Hewitt, etc.
If you don’t like the standard tax prep firms, look for an Enrolled Agent in your town. An EA in your town would be familiar with locals that work in another state.
Having two W-2’s isn’t difficult. My guess is that you do owe, and you may be wasting money getting it professionally done. You’ll be inputting the same information they are into (basically) the same software. Therefore, the result will be the same. I’m told having more than one W-2 does effect your return – I know it did for my husband.
As for the H&R Block advice from @gailcalled, that error has been fixed and it only affected those getting education credits, so they’d be fine now.

Contact the AARP (American Assoc. of Retired Persons) or United Way. They both provide free tax preparation service. You don’t have to be retired to qualify for their service. But your return must be relatively simple, that is, no rental property income, no wash sales, no Married-Filing-Separately status, no business income with over $5000 in expenses, etc. But it sounds like your return would be relatively simple, so you should qualify.
If you have a relatively simple tax situation, you should not have to pay anything to have your taxes done. You don’t even have to buy TurboTax. Besides the AARP mentioned above, the IRS itself offers free in-person tax filing, too, believe it or not. Go here to find the location nearest you. But your AGI must be below $51K to qualify.
If you prefer to go online, you can also file for free. Generally, your AGI must be below $57K to qualify. The IRS has partnered with a number of websites to provide free filing for folks who qualify. Go here to find out.
There’s also FreeFile. It’s free, but you’re on your own there.
Finally, if you have a question, you can pop into an IRS office and get tax advice for free.
