Where is the best place to get your taxes done if you have issues?

So normally I don’t have any issues, I live in PA and work in DE. I generally just buy TurboTax and plug the information in and I get around 2500–3000 back a year. I have two W2’s this year since my company was taken over, when I plug in both W2’s it says I OWE federal. Instead of burning time trying to figure this out, who should I see to ensure this is done correctly? I’ve been told CPA’s, but I’m not sure. Thanks!
