Is there a reputable online university for software engineers?

Is there a truly reputable online university where I can get a software engineering degree?

Absolutely. Is MIT reputable enough? Then there are Stanford, CalTech, and many more. Most major universities are now offering courses online, but to get degree credit, you will probably have to travel to the school for testing.
