Anyone know a really nice resort in Phuket Thailand?

My son is getting married in Hong Kong in June. The wife and I were thinking of spending a week in Thailand after the wedding for a little vacation. Any of you fine people have any recommendations as where to stay?

My personal experience was from many years ago. At that time, all the resorts in the Dusit chain were very nice, as I recall. They had resort hotels in Bangkok, Phuket, Chiang Mai, and several other locations.

A recommendation is to use TripAdvisor.com for researching an ideal hotel in Phuket. It’s handy for priortizing by your preferences: location, cost, amenities, etc. Reading through the reviews of previous guests aids in honing down the decision.
