General Question

Web programmers, how can such a thing happen and is there anything I can do about it?
This is one weird problem, which I am guessing is due to a computer virus. I wanted to use Visual Studio 2010 to create a Web program. I created a project, and just using the default Web page that comes with it, tried to run it.
The program gave this strange scripting error on a dynamically created page. The script page had this ominous sounding variable named BlacklistInLineHosts. A Web search on that name turned up a single match, which is identical to the script page that I got, at Gold Media. Any ideas what is going on?
