If the collective unconscious is real, then what things can it be used for (NSFW)?

Apparently not in having others see one’s viewpoint or change their own.

Looking at itself as a collective?

It really depends just how Jung you are.

The warmth and heat of love, the comfort of togetherness. If it does not exist, you must start it, verily as one lights a fire…

Band together when there’s too much war and famine, when there is too much disease, and blame someone! Make her a witch, then take her to trial, make her go through The question and then, burn her! The process is long, but the petty fears and conflicts of the people through this process will have found a source through one single enemy that is common to all. And then all, all will forget and have picnics as the pilliwinks work their magic, as God is praised and as madman train forgotten daughters to fake the Devil’s dance, and therefore, prove the people right!
For when the clouds gather and the trees wither, one needs a fucking bonfire.
In it, images will show in the minds of all, images of unification and purpose, that which may justify their otherwise meaningless lives. For if truth cannot be obtained, and is aye, indeed, pushed away as it boils and threatens one’s worth, delusion must then make its work, and work it shall!

That also applies for Harry Potter book burnings, and includes less severity, and much less gruesome picnics.

Isn’t the collective unconscious the theory based on man existing at the time of dinosaurs? Rode them like cowboys we did and we never forgot. We all remember that, right?

Just had a thought from the unconscious collective. Here is an idea.
IF it is unconscious..then one would not be aware of its existence right?

Hence unconscious is the thoughts that we as a collective human race accumultes unconsciously.
