Why does my cat like coffee?

Hey, your litter box could be a gold mine

Our dog did that a few times when we first got him, about 3½ years ago. He was only about 2 months old at the time, and he was full of energy – I mean bouncing off the walls. And that was before the coffee! He crashed so hard… It was hilarious.

My green-cheeked conure loves red Kool-Aid. Will scream if she see’s it and can’t get a sip- lol, animals are crazy.
My terrier will eat brussel sprouts, steamed carrots, all kinds of weird non-dog things. I have to push her away from my red wine, too, if she see’s the glass she’ll sneak her long tongue in it and drink it all..lol

My cat will eat ANYTHING.

One of my cats love spaghetti sauce. If I left a plate out that had remnants of my pasta dinner, he would clean the plate.

One of our cats loves the smell of minty gum. If I am chewing a piece he often tries to get into my mouth. Or he’ll sit there beside my head, on the back of the couch, just sniffing the air as I chew.

Some animals are quirky, like humans.

Why does my cat like hot sauce? Who knows? She’s a cat.

@Plucky My cat likes gum, too. She tries to lick all the flavor off of it.

Hell, my kitty will eat just about anything as long as it’s not sweet. Even guacamole.

It covers up the smell of meth. Just sayin’.

Spoony THE Cat adores lemon grass. When my wife buys a batch, she’s after it the minute the grocery bag is in the door. And she will bite at it till she gets so much of the stringy fiber from it stuck in her throat she throws up, yet she will come right back for more. I think she likes how it flosses her teeth.

She’s also a real Garfield. Pizza, lasagna, spaghetti. Any pasta dish we have, she has to get her share.

Why should humans be the only animals on Earth with weird habits and likes?
