Why do you use Fluther?

I use this site for information and fellowship. There are times I have questions that need specific information, and those go in the General Section. Other times, I want broader reactions which allow personalities to shine through, and those go in the Social Section.

I personally try to stay out of quite a bit of the biting threads in the Social Section, but I do believe that they have their place. Some jellies relish a good dust up. I rarely do.

I have staunch opinions on a few matters, and I’ll fight on those topics until I’m blue in the face. However, I try to remain civil.

I enjoy Fluther and have not wanted to leave so far.

Is Fluther a site where you gather information? Do you post here for the fellowship and community spirit? Are there other reasons?
