Anyone have any experience with Ashwagandha?

I bought a bottle a few days ago. I am sure it was a coincidence but, after taking one capsule, I was laughing on and off the rest of the day. Yesterday, nothing. But today I took one and I feel my mood brightening. I also feel very slightly edgy. Anyone else try it?

You were laughing? Gosh, I didn’t think it’d be that effective, lol. I’ve heard of it and have considered trying it to help with some issues. Its an adaptogenic herb or however you spell it isn’t it? I have recently tried Tulsi and it seems to help, it doesn’t have me laughing but it helps to take the edge off.
