Safest neighborhood in Chicago?

Which Chicago neighborhood has the lowest crime statistics?

According to Everyblock, it’s a tie between South Edgebrook and Sauganash Woods with 1 crime each since April, 24 2008. The worst is South Austin with 2269 crimes in that same time period, You can see all the neighborhoods data here.
