How did you first know you were pregnant? (Before the test!)

Obviously you can tell with a pregnancy test of some sort, but I’m not talking about that. I’m talking about people who knew before there was enough hCG to register on a test.

I understand that some women, especially those who were pregnant previously, “just know.” They feel “different” or “off.” What I’m wondering, is what “different” or “off” feel like in this context.
