Is it possible to convert these specific Mac files to run on PC?

I bought The Sims 3 digital downloads for Mac. When I looked at how they were saved, I found that they are PC files with a separate folder for Cider (A PC emulator for macs to run PC games)
So I was wondering if I could use the digital downloads on a PC if I did some tinkering (maybe just removed the Cider and ran the programs as executables?)
I have one friend who says this would be possible with minor tweaks. I have another friend who says it’s not possible at all.

Do you have the serial number for the game? If so, you could try activating it on Origin and see if they give you a PC copy as well. Otherwise you’re pretty much shit out of luck and will have to tinker with the cider file structure.
Unfortunately, I didn’t get it from Origin. I got it from Amazon.com—and they sell separate Mac and PC versions so I am pretty sure they won’t just give me the PC version free. Do you think tinkering with the cider file structure is even possible? Like I said—one friend of mine is very confident that it can be done but he’s the only person I’ve met who thought it could be done.
It’s still worth a shot, as the serials for those games are usually pretty standard regardless of retailer.
As for Cider, you might as well give it to the guy to try (make a backup first, though.) Based on my experience with Wine (similar emulation program) these types of things usually try and consolidate all the appdata, program files, and temporary files into a single .application executable, so if you could piece those together back into their original areas it could be doable. Might have to download an exe from the Internet somewhere, but no harm in trying.
