Are there any home remedies I can use to treat a very itchy puppy?

I brought home a cute little puppy yesterday. She is two weeks away from being two months old, so I would like to find some safe home remedies for her itchiness.

She was living outside before I brought her home and she had a few ticks and fleas. I gave her a bath, but she still has some itchy, dry skin in a few areas from the bites.

Is there anything I can do for this poor puppy? When she’s not eating or using the bathroom, she’s scratching and biting her irritated areas as much as possible.
