Do you ever want to jump in a thread but realize there is nothing more to say?

Asked by SuperMouse (30853points) May 11th, 2013

It happened to me this morning with this question. I thought it was a very interesting topic and really wanted to throw in my two cents worth. After I read through the whole thing there wasn’t really much left to say. Does that happen to you? Do you sometimes jump in anyway? I know sometimes I can’t help myself.

Constantly! Especially in the “does he like me” questions.

Frequently. If I can’t add anything, I don’t comment.

Well there goes this thread…

Often, in fact if there have been more than a dozen responses I’ll usually skip answering, just read what’s there.

Almost always.

I’ll read through the thread and see if I have something to add or subtract from the discussion. Often I will simply agree with one of a few and give the a GA and point out what I particularly like in their answers.

Yep. Sometimes I’ll do it anyway, and just say something like, “What @dxs said.” ;)

Yes, sometimes it happens. It’s disappointing.

@augustlan you must have it backwards :)

Yep. Kind of disappointing at times, but then other times, I’m satisfied to just give a few GAs and get on with life.

Sure. Nothing to add here…
