What could be the perfect job for a stylistically confident connoisseur?
What could be an ideal job or business (not profession) for a sociable and stylistically confident gourmet? Any (even crazy) ideas?

I understand each of the last three words individually.
But I haven’t a clue what they mean together.
It sounds to me like you are asking “what sort of a job is appropriate for a snooty and snobbish dilettante?”
It all would depend on what you savor, wouldn’t it? If you savor the smell of women’s feet, maybe being a shoe salesman would be ideal.
Isn’t a job a profession?
Food critic. Check with your local newspaper or television news show.
@Judi no, I think its not the same. Someone who studied medicine but works in a restaurant has “doctor” as profession but “waiter” as a job…
So you’re looking for something you don’t have to put any effort into?
I would hope that the doctor knew how to wait tables and treated his job professionally if he were serving me!
Arse licker to the stars?
These sound like the treated of a good exotic dancer.
A gourmet is not the same as a connoisseur.
Food critics are usually gourmets. They are probably confidant. They might be stylistically interesting writers, but there is only so much one can say about a Hollandaise sauce or pressed duck.
crap. I hate auto correct. How can trates end up being treated?
edit; confident. (@Judi; Strike two, it seems. You mean traits but auto correct doesn’t know that.)
@Judi:Auto correct literally seems to be where the devil is, indeed, in the details…lurking there and changing things while we look away for one instant.
