Do you believe in ghosts?

I think that when things go bump in the night one’s imagination can get the best of them.

I don’t believe in ghosts or any other form of supernatural beings.

I did watch a movie recently called Grave Encounters that was pretty good.

I believed in ghosts when I was a kid, but I also believed in the tooth fairy.
Both are just as likely to exist as each other. The likelihood being nil.
The human mind is extremely susceptible to hallucinations.
So no, I don’t believe in them.

Not really, but I’m open to the possibility that ‘ghosts’ will eventually prove to be an entirely natural phenomenon. Something we don’t understand yet, but someday might.

I only believe in a very select group of ghosts. Some are (is) actually pretty cool.

I’ve experienced a few weird things over the years that have left me going…. could they be real? My logical mind says no though.

I don’t consider myself closed-minded to most things—after all, none of us can possibly know what we don’t know—but about the “supernatural” I believe it’s only natural things we can’t or don’t yet don’t understand. Like the stars were to prehistoric man. And Sarah Palin is to Democrats.

I never can decide for sure, but I’ve definitely had some bizarre, creepy experiences that don’t seem to have a natural explanation.

As far as I am aware I have never seen or heard a ghost so I can’t be sure what I believe but I certainly don’t dismiss the fact that other people believe to have seen/ heard them. Infact, I love hearing about people’s experiences with such things so I really enjoyed your story about Savannah.

No I don’t and am often surprised at the number of folks that don’t believe in God yet believe in ghosts.

It all seems like the same story to me.

I have a friend who gets rid of ghosts when they bother people. Talking to him is fascinating. I’m not a believer, but I asked questions and listened. He says ghosts may inhabit a person’s home because they aren’t ready to “cross over.” He gets hired to make them leave. First he asks the homeowners if they want all the ghosts removed or just the one bothering them. Maybe they don’t object to Uncle Henry. Then he “talks” to the offensive ghosts and convinces them they need to “let go.” I asked him how he knows they left.. He says, because the noises or whatever annoyed the homeowner, stopped. I’m very skeptical, but he seemed sincere. (end of report)

I don’t believe in ghosts, alien landings, Big Foot, or Jesus. I don’t believe in anything that can’t be proven or that I haven’t seen.

While I do not believe in ghosts, if at some point the phenomena attributed to ghosts turn out to be causes by something currently unknown to science, I would be willing to reevaluate my opinion.

I’ve read a great deal about all types of paranormal phenomena, researched cases/evidence, experienced odd occurences as well as listened to the experiences of others that I knew so my answer here will be different. You’re asking whether or not I believe in ghosts. My answer is that based upon my research of various paranormal phenomenon I think it is very likely that ghosts exist and are very real. I don’t ‘believe’ in anything, at least without a very good reason.

I believe in the reality of lit up pixels on a screen showing a ghost movie.
