Would this rose tree survive inside my home next to our largest window?

Roses are always planted and grown outdoors (or in a large greenhouse or arboretum). Yours are in containesr that seem to be much too small for the root ball.
You need to dig a large and deep hole, add enriched top soil mixed with dried manure or compost, plant the rose, fill the hole with water, add more soil and prune the roses back in order to let the roots establish themselves.
You can google for more detailed instructions. Planting and initially establishing a rose is hard work but worth it. (I will spare you the issues with Japanese beetles and deer, who love the aromatic buds.)
Roses require almost a full day of sun.
I concur with Gail. The containers are way too small. You need a south facing window if you’re raising them indoors.
I know of no one who has ever grown roses indoors, but maybe I need to travel more.
@gailcalled It’s tough but it can be done with enough light. Dwarf ones are easier, but it’s possible with the others, just not worth the effort it takes.
Would there not be issues with white flies and other insects? I ca hardly get my amaryllis to winter over without scale.
I don’t have any insects like those in the house, so if the plants were free of bugs they should be okay. Or a systemic insecticide would work, but I don’t like pesticides.
^^^You have never had an infestation of white flies on a plant that you should not have tried to overwinter in the house? Amazing.
@gailcalled I had one infestation in my old apartment. It got kind of dry at times. But I wiped them out. I told you I was a farm kid. We can do anything.
