Only Panasonic makes best undestructable laptops/tablet pc's?

I need one to work in all types of weather outside (heat,rain,cold,etc).

Yeah, toughbooks are the way to go in that department. My dad takes one whenever he goes overseas to do relief work.

I think Toughbooks are the most popular rugged laptops. Hovewer, internal components in ruggedized notebooks are usually one step behind than those in mainstream notebooks.
