Why was your time on imaginary subjects? If you want to study something, how about looking at the psychology of people that actually believe in that tripe?

Check to see if there is a metaphysical society in your area, they may be able to aid in your search.

Try searching for paranormal societies or ghost hunters in your area and see what comes up. You could contact them and ask them. If they can’t help you they may be able to tell you who can. I think that would be a good start.
