What kind of glue will bond a plastic resin to metal? (Details)

I have a charm on my favorite belt. It has a heart shaped resin charm affixed to a metal base. The heart shaped resin part is flat backed and fits onto a similar flat metal piece that holds it in place.

Any idea what kind of glue is best for bonding this?
