I like the look. I haven’t bothered to read it to see if I like the content.

It looks like he’s using Belizio Regular Bold for his name and the serif text headlines.

The sans-serif font might be DejaVu Sans, but that’s a tougher call.

Upload an image of the font to What the Font?

I got these results with the resume owner’s name: http://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/results?ch[0]=K&ch[1]=E&ch[2]=N&ch[3]=J&ch[4]=I&ch[5]=E&ch[6]=N&ch[7]=O&ch[8]=S&wtfserver=wtf_a_41&id=0001110451d1b50a00032ebf00003093&glyphcount=9&imageid=0&x=93&y=39
top matches serif font:
Belizio Regular
Clarendon Narrow Medium
Barbera Regular
Serifa D Medium
URW Clarendon Medium

The sample is of relative small size so is low rez and thus more choices
but a form of Clarendon is mentioned twice. This is a very common font with many variations [and has been extensively used in US government signage for many years as well as having been a common text book font in early 20th century.
