Why does a room feel like it's cooler on a hot day when the lights are off?
It has to psychological, but very interesting.

Lights -> sun -> heat. Of course, if you’re using lots of incandescent bulbs, the room actually will be warmer/cooler.

It’s not psychological. Ever touched a lightbulb? It’s hot. The energy from those guys working gives off heat.
Yes @lemmy, but I can’t imagine it could even be discernible in a 20 X 20 foot room.
@Dutchess_III believe it! It does. Look how much power and wires are running through our houses. ALL of that is using up heat to work.
