Is it possible to recover a Sticky Note that you've deleted by accident?

Do you use Windows 7 Sticky Notes? If so, have you figured out way to recover a deleted note? Is it perhaps in some hidden folder?

@flutherother It took a while to wade all those special characters and codes, but it worked! I managed to recover to most of the note! Thank you so much!
