How is it even remotely possible that this guy got custody of his six-year-old daughter after being convicted of raping his six-year-old stepdaughter 6 years ago?
This skank raped his 6 year old step daughter, spent 6 years in prison. He got out…and has now won full custody of his now-six-year-old biological daughter. How is this possible?
Here is the article.

Because the system sucks. He should be strung up by his…..
I don’t understand it myself. In Québec we had a huge story where a doctor murdered his two kids. He got like 46 weeks of jail time.
Story.
To think, you can get more time for stealing food at the market to feed your starving kids than this guy did for killing his. Or there was another story someone posted on Fluther before, about a teen girl pretending to be a guy, and made some other girl lose her virginity to her, and that teen is facing two years of prison. But you can rape and kill kids, yeah, no problem man. I’ll be back on the streets in a coupla weeks, no prob bro.
The system is fucking bullshit.
He could have had a very expensive lawyer.
So often courts deal more with the Law than with Justice. The factors that determine how the Law functions is more easily corrupted or at least influenced that Justice would tolerate. Money and connections talk louder it seems that they should.
They talk loud enough to render the entire concept of justice itself completely invalid.
He can’t go to her school? Or take her to the park? Poor child.
I’d move somewhere he couldn’t find us. Then deal with the consequences.
How is he an “alleged” rapist? He was either tried and convicted of raping the 6 year old or he wasn’t. And what the hell with publishing this child’s photograph? Don’t you have laws preventing the media from naming and publishing photos of children in cases like this?
Where did you see “alleged”? In the article? I missed that. yes, he was convicted. The picture shown is his biological daughter, not the step daughter who he raped.
@RealEyesRealizeRealLies I think there are a whole lot worse things ahead for the child than not being able to go to the park. This is just insane. He’s under a court order to stay away from children….yet the courts just hand him one of his own to do with what he wants.
I know it’s his biological daughter but now anyone who knows that child will be looking at her and wondering, ‘has he raped or touched her’. That’s totally unfair to the child.
“A convicted sex offender spent six years in jail for allegedly raping his then 6-year-old step daughter. Now, in a shocking courtroom decision, he won sole custody of his 6-year-old biological daughter.”
That’s just dumb. It wasn’t “alleged” any more. It’s only “alleged” if it hasn’t been proven yet.
@Dr_Lawrence If the law prohibits him from being near any child than it should include his own. It should be common sense. As for the alleged, you don’t go to jail for just being an alleged rapist. Unless he was accused of that but he went to jail for something else. If that was the case than he would still be allowed all children. Something doesn’t seem right about this story.
So often courts deal more with the Law than with Justice. You are right about that.
Apparently the law is the law, even when many don’t agree with it. Perhaps she, (the mother), should have followed the law herself. If he was convicted of manslaughter for killing two of his three kids while driving drunk, would he have the surviving child taken from him, even if he was still with the mother? I think not. He is still the biological father. If he did retain custody I doubt there would be any restriction of him transporting her in a vehicle even after he demonstrated he could place the child’s life in danger again. The mother could have avoided all the problem by letting the authorities investigate it instead of taking things into her own hands.
@Dutchess_III It is the Daily News in New York City. I use to call it the getto news paper. They aren’t exactly known for getting all the facts down. They take what people say and report it like it is news. Noticed the article kept quoting what others said but I didn’t see any where in the article where they said that they have legit proof that he was found guilty. They keep using the word alleged. So they technically aren’t calling him a child rapist. Just saying he was in jail and was accused of child rape. Never do they state it was proven.
Either way they have enough to make the story sound sensational and sell papers. After all, most people will only observe what was put in front of them, not what was actually omitted.
@Pandora Yeah…I found several articles on it, and this one seemed the most legit, but, in fact, I don’t know anything about it. Thanks. We’ll see what comes out next.
