Is this a sunburn fever? Or from being sick?

Yesterday (against the advice of some folks on here in response to a previous post) I went out in the sun to fundraise all day. I had laryngitis at the time, but was able to speak, I just sounded crappy. It turned out that I was also coming down with a cold. Anyway, I realized when I got home that I had a severe sunburn, and felt really shitty. I took my temperature and it was around 100 degrees. It didn’t go down at all, even after a cold shower. I assumed at the time it was sunburn related, but today I stayed inside all day, and the burn is already healing, but my temperature is still way up.

Is this from me having a cold? Or the sunburn?
