What movies do you always enjoy "killing time" with on TV, even if you find them halfway finished, and no matter how many times you've already seen them?

For me, it’s several quirky comedies (which I was reminded of today when I arrived on one of them on TV), The In Laws with Alan Arkin and Peter Falk. No matter how many times I see it, I still really enjoy it, love the classic lines, laugh at them and have a nice time “killing time.”
For me it’s The In Laws (1979 version with Arkin and Falk)
Little Miss Sunshine
Fargo
Sideways
Borat
Some examples that I like but unless you’ve seen the movies, you won’t appreciate: The In Laws: “Is this coffee freeze dried? It’s very good.” Little Miss Sunshine: Where did you learn those movies? My grandpa. Where is your grandpa now? In the trunk of our car.”

Better off Dead, Gremlins, Alone in the Wilderness, Caddyshack, any of the Indiana Jones trilogy and all of the John Hughes movies.
Any of the Rush Hour films with Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker and most Kevin Smith films.
When Harry Met Sally
Young Frankenstein
The Sound of Music
The Little Princess (with Shirley Temple)
I’ve seen each of them, most of the time, just in snippets, hundreds of times. They always seem interesting and fun each time.
Fargo, definitely.
Also: Silence of the Lambs, and Raising Arizona
The Hangover (the original one), Bridesmaids, and Something’s Gotta Give. There are a few more, but these are the only ones that come to mind right now.
Sooooooo many!
Armaggedon
Coyote Ugly
Pretty Woman
Christmas Vacation
A Christmas Story
The Notebook
Twilight (New Moon, Eclipse, and Breaking Dawn)
Grease
Any Madea movie
Shall I go on?
Family Stone – just thought to add that to my list.
Ha I love every movie @syz mentioned…. But I would say Sunshine Cleaning, heartwarming and slightly twisted. the sentimentality is displaced with content.
When Harry met Sally, cheesy but this movie is really hearwarming and I love the dialogue.
MIB always crack up
V for Vendetta visually stimulating and the content the eloquent oratories are fun.
GIJane old school but it was the movie I watched over and over in highschool. I still like it today. Suck my D___ or Wild thing and self pity.
Chocolat Gorgeous movie. I first fell in love with JD which brings me to
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas
A Scanner Darkly I actually haven’t seen this one in forever but I always keep an eye out for a hard copy.
The Producers… Love it…no explanation needed.
Stanley Kubrick’s Dr Strangelove or How I learned to love The bomb OPE
Death Proof… butterflies and chargers.
Pretty much any good “war flick”
Many science fiction films
Mel Brooks’s stuff
“The Fifth Element”.
“Wizard of Oz”
So many more, seein’s I hardly ever make it a point to take the time to be sitting in front of the tube right as a show starts.
Driving Miss Daisy #1 watched lol
Castaway
Peggy Sue Got Married
Lolita (either version)
Any film with one of my favourites (ie: Babs, Cher, Dolly Parton). I will always watch whatever is left of Hocus Pocus too (Bette Midler’s version of “I Put A Spell on You” is awesome!!!)
Mail us most wanted. It’s stupid slap stick comedy that you can jump into at any moment and in my opinion a really funny movie. I’m sure a lot of other people would disagree but that’s ok I love it.
