Where can I find a list of eating disorder clinics in the US?

I need to find a list of eating disorder clinics in the United States. I’ve tried Googling it but I can’t find a list, just individual treatment centers. I’m not sure where to look for a list. Any suggestions?

I found these. There is a list of treatment resources in the first link.
