Stupid video game question for State of Decay?

Never played this, so I have no idea, but looking it up I believe the game has an inventory you bring up, and whatever snacks you’ve collected should be there. Some refill your health, while others refill your stamina.

Here’s what I got on GameFAQ’s;

’‘When you find food resource that you have to load up in a rucksack by holding A, you can instead hold X to break it up, they usually break up into a couple snacks and a coffee or energy drink.

The coffee and energy drink only remove stamina penalties caused from being tired. I don’t think any thing else refills your stamina other than snacks.’’

It would appear that some snacks refill stamina and not your health, and said snacks, like coffee or energy drinks or whatever, can only be used when your stamina drains enough. For replenishing health, I think it’s different things that do it, like pain killers. Either you guys didn’t come across any, or are not accessing the inventory.

…more or less a wild guess here, though. :/

We’re getting the inventory open but not able to “use” it once we have it open. We found some amphetamines though so she’s good for a bit. Lol.

Yeah, I think the snacks are just for when you get tired and when your stamina runs out. Like when you’re jumping fences and stuff. (and to my understanding, you can only use it when the stamina drains) For health, it’s medicine and the like. (let me know if I’m right though lol, again, just guessing)

I don’t know how to feed the poor girl! Don’t know how to get her a good meal.

The game says that looting market places or mugging other survivors for food is essential.

Her stamens is so low that the zombies are hard to keep at bay as she goes out in search of food. I don’t have the patience but hubby is still in there trying to keep her alive with junk food and energy drinks when he finds them.
