Can there be any questions on fluther left unanswered forever?

As you already know, on Fluther there is the “orphan” section where questions without any answer are classified. Sooner or later those questions will be answered so we just have to wait. So what if those unanswered questions are left abandoned for too long (or worse, forever)? Could that sort of thing ever happen here?

Sure. If nobody who knows the answer ever happens to see it, an orphan may remain unanswered forever. We don’t remove the questions or anything, so there’s always hope. :)

@augustlan well actually I’m planning to ask Fluther a rather “complicated” question. Right now I’m writing a story and now I get stuck in the middle and I need some help getting more ideas and correction for my plot. I’m just afraid nobody can help me with this. Anyway, thanks for your answer :D
