Why do you think I have to prepare myself mentally for a new day before it begins?
In order to have a happy or normal day, I must wake up a bit earlier, prepare myself mentally and emotionally by just laying down and thinking, drinking something fresh etc.
If I wake up 30 minutes before leaving my house, I can menage to get ready and go, but I would be psychologically shitty all day.
Is this common?
