How to describe elegant diamond watch for women (in English)

Whatever you decide to say, the word “diamond” should not have an s on the end because in this context it’s an adjective (descriptive word), not a noun plural. It’s a “diamond watch”.

Alternatively you could say something like “decorated with diamonds”.

Just put the maker and the model. If it’s a famous maker watch people will know it has diamonds. Include a photo.

Edit: I just noticed that “Christal” is spelled wrong. It should be “Crystal”

My problem is that i’m not sure about the order of the words. I’m writing the same text in Hebrew too, and the literal translation is “ladies elegant x watch embedded with diamonds”, or something like that, but I’m not sure how to write it in English (and Russian too :-)) so it will make sense and be grammatically ok. (and I’m not sure if I can tell the brand of the watch here, but it’s well known global watches and jewelry brand.

I don’t see why you can’t say the name here.

I want to make sure I understand. You are searching for a watch on the internet? Or, you are writing an internet page and need to write the description in English? You are being paid to write the translation?

There are several ways to word it:

Elegant Rolex diamond watch.
Elegant diamond watch by Rolex.
Rolex diamond watch.
Elegant Rolex watch with Diamonds. (my least favorite).

Or, whatever brand it is just substitute Rolex for Cartier, Mont Blanc, etc.

and to JLeslie, I write the content for a multilanguage new site (hebrew, english, russian). The brand name is not important since there are more than one. but for an example, take a look on this watch of versace Mistyque Small M5Q91D001-S099.

I’ll be happy to get the English and the Russian description, and I prefer to put all the info in one sentence, since i’ve got little space.

This is the American Amazon link for that watch. Or, I think it is. Make sure it is the exact same watch. If you need the description ot be short and simple you can just write Versace diamon watch and it is fine, especially if there is a photo with it.
