Is there anything else our government could better spend $4 Billion on other than the NSA's new data center?

$2 Billion to build it. $2 Billion to install the computers.

Do you have any ideas how $4 Billion could be spent better? Another $40 Million per year for utility bills.

Headstart programs. With our decaying education systems, we won’t have people smart enough to run this facility in the near future.

Bridges, roads, and dams.

I would love to say education, but young Americans have given up taking STEM courses because they know they will never make a living in STEM fields when Government won’t maintain the stuff that was built in the 50’s.

You would tell a young person to spend money on a getting a masters in civil engineering over being a plumber in this environment?
