Smile, and make sure I am not reading into it more than was meant. It depends on context in which it was sent. Is she a close friend? Someone who has pined for you in the past? Someone in a committed relationship who also values you as a friend?
If your response is not ambiguous for her, you can always text back “I love you too!”.
Ask her about it. Keep it light.
What does it matter? Don’t make a big deal out of it. Friends saying “I love you” to each other isn’t uncommon.
I would text back “Love ya!”.
@livelaughlove21 I’m pretty sure that’s the case in this instant as well. Thanks.
I love my friends dearly and tell them so often.
“love you too, buddy! :)”
