[NSFW] "Stop the world, I want to get off." When it's time, how would your prefer to do it?

All of us are probably familiar with the line form Leslie Bricusse and Anthony Newley’s Musical, song and book using it as the title. Most of us aren’t quite ready for our final curtain call quite yet. But if that fateful day ever dawns when you do know it is time, when you do want them to stop the world just for you, how would you prefer to get off? We’re talking the big “O” to end them all here. When it’s time for the orgasm to end all others, what would be your preferred method to “Exit, stage left.”? Thinking of a less frisky meaning for “I want to get off.”? If so, jump to the SFW version of this question.

If the world had to stop everytime I would get off, @ETpro will never be able to drink water from a glass. : )
As always, on the up stroke so that I get one more comin’ down.
@mazingerz88 Well if you get her off too, you might get plenty to drink despite the Earth’s rotation stopping on a routine basis.
@Blondesjon Try bungee humping.
once upon a time when it was the worst of times, I considered all methods—but they all seemed to have 1 or 2 major problems—between here and gone—there would be horrific pain and/or possibly enough consciousness to want to undo what you started even though it was too late [like halfway down off a cliff].
Ideally, just run down quietly and appropriately in a home with loved ones and fall asleep permanently.
Second best, surrounded by friends and loved ones aware that you are saying goodbye [to avoid rapid painful deterioration due to disease] and a Jack Kevorkian cocktail.
@Blondesjon you and Rockefeller—only he wasn’t fuckin’ happy.
Good question. I’ve started having a BAD life (epilepsy) and I’m scared of doing anything because I think it’ll hurt! All that is wrong is that I can’t drive anymore, but I don’t live close to anything or anyone that could take me anyplace.
Interesting National Geo video on the moment of death actually discusses the relative pain of several methods.
@anartist Funny. We euthanize our pets as the only moral thing to don when their suffering grows too great, and their death is a foregone conclusion, but we insist we humans must end face our own demise in hideous pain.
@ETpro, any room at your house?! ;0)
@GracieT That touches my heart, but it might harden my wifes. :-)
ETpro Jack Kevorkian made serious inroads on this issue.
Perhaps one must move to the right state . . .
@ETpro, yeah, my husband would probably object also. But a girl can dream! :0)
Everyone, I just took an 11 day trip to the hospital, which is where I’ve been hiding for so long.
@GracieT Are you OK.
@anartist Yeah, I think Kevorkian had some valid points. He was certainly willing to risk it all for his belief that euthanasia, at times, makes sense. I just think it should be a separate speciality from the portion of medicine aimed at healing. I don’t want my doctor plugging my life into a spreadsheet to determine whether he’s going to profit more from trying to save me, or just sending me on the fast track to organ recycling.
@ETpro, yeah, but I’ll PM you about it. It was psychiatric.
