Is there a Need for Speed Most Wanted 2012 Deluxe Edition?

I’m looking for one that includes the game itself plus these packs:

Ultimate Speed
Terminal Velocity
Movie Legends
Need For Speed Heroes

Or, do I have to purchase NFSMW and these packs separately?

I don’t think there is. You’ll have to get each pack separately. Developers do this purposely to milk you out of more money.
