In your experience, what is the best credit card reward program?

I am thinking about getting a credit card for business expenses and would like one that offers good airline and travel rewards. I heard Southwest used to be great, but recently changed.

Any suggestions?

I like the REI credit card. It’s free and you get cash back at the end of the year. I gave up on airline ones because of all the restrictions and the fact you had to pay for it.
