Is it against Fluther rules to write questions and answers in another language than English?

Yes. Fluther supports only English.
I imagine it would be relatively useless to write questions in another language since most Jellies are English speaking but I have seen answers written in another language.
@bob_ Jajajaja, muy bien.
In the guidelines under the “Writing Standards” section, it says to “use proper English”, It is probably in relationship to txtspk, but it still says what it says.
@dxs I’ve love to allow other languages, a few of us sneak in some French on occasion.
The trouble with posts written in a foreign language is that we (the mods) can’t tell if the post breaks Fluther’s guidelines.
@janbb I’m guessing the asker might get a fair number of responses in either French or German. Outside that… not so much.
I would think and language you want to use would be acceptable as long as you used the proper english grammar and sentence structure.
Oh, and the correct spelling an punctuation.
Not to mention writing it in proper english words.
I meant “ANY language” not and language.
