In the anime "Ranma 1/2", what would happen if Ranma got pregnant?

Of COURSE I know the premise of the show! WTH??

Well, his womb would disappear and the baby would end up in the middle of his intestines and he would die pretty quick. Is he able to die? It would be a bummer if he isn’t able to die, ‘cause that would be some serious stuff to live with, having a baby tangling up your intestines.

Or perhaps he just needs to stay in a cold shower for the next 9 months.

Ranma’s girl-form is actually a girl who died in the lake, am I right? That’s why Genma turned into a panda.

So my logic goes two ways:

1) Ranma’s actually changing from one person to another during the transformation, save for brain activity. Thus, pregnancy would be put on hold.

2) Ranma’s girl-form is dead, and thus cannot conceive a child.

The only way to know would be to determine whether the girl-form is biologically alive.

It would suck to be pregnant without being able to take a hot bath. Seriously

It’s actually a really funny anime. Got me through more than a few evenings in my high school years.

I haven’t watched the show for 10 years. What happened to wounds that either form received? Would they transfer to the flip-form. Would they disappear only to return on re-transformation? Or would they disappear never to return?
