Do you notice when a person rides his bike or takes a walk daily?

I have a friend who goes for a walk each morning. She thinks no one notices that she does this. Is she wrong? Would you notice if a neighbor took a walk or rode a bike past your house each morning? I hate the thought of anyone seeing me . I know that’s insane but it’s how I feel .
