Should the military court deprive Nidal Hasan of martyrdom?

He is guilty of killing innocent people in the name of his Islamist insanity. By any reasonable moral standards, he should be killed ASAP. But that would only satisfy his Islamist goal of martyrdom. I say lock him up until he dies, and feed him pork chops until that fateful day.
