I'm looking for this movie. Can you help?

It takes place in Scotland and is about a group men who kidnap buses. They take all the passengers’ money and then give some of it back if passengers declare a hardship. It becomes a tourist attraction and people try to get a ride on the kidnapper’s buses. I’d love to see it again.

Not exactly. Probably at least 35 years ago. It’s title has something to do with wildness, I think. Or animals.
